Ticket for being in the park after hours in NY.C. appearance in two weeks and nothing on webcrims?

Does that mean it was dropped/dismissed?

This is often the case. Summons don't necessarily appear on WebCrims.

It is very common that Webcrims is not populated on matters like this prior to the court date. You can keep checking to see if the case gets docketed prior to the court date. Even if the case is not docketed, you must appear in court. Good Luck.

Appearance tickets may not appear on webcrims until after the first appearance. It is definitely not dismissed, you need to show up.

To answer your question, no - the fact that the summons does not appear on webcrims does not, in and of itself, mean that the summons was dismissed. That's not to say that the summons might be dismissed, but you should NOT miss the appearance just because you don't see it online. Find out in person if it's been dismissed.

You should go to the hearing as stated on the ticket, failure to show up could mean a warrant would issue.

Some courts don't docket the case until the day of the appearance.
