Will appeal of the decision of the municipal judge to the circuit court be published on ccap?

I am considering appealing the municipal's judge decision to circuit court. I understand that the city ordinance violation does not appear on ccap. But will appealing cause it to appear on ccap?

If you appealing a municipal court judgment to the circuit court there will be a CCAP entry for the case. If the result is that you are acquitted, that result will be reflected in the docket entries, as will be a conviction.

Yes, it willy typically be assigned a CV or an FO designation, rather than the CM or CF case numbers assigned to criminal cases though.
