Case transferred to another office!
After almost 9 months of waiting I received an updated status for my I-290B appeal of for a denial of my I-612 application to waive two years home residency ( Based on hardships to US citizen). The new stays says: "we transferred your Form I290B, NOTICE OF APPEAL TO THE COMMISSIONER to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice". I am wondering what is the reason of transfering my case to a different office. Is that a good or bad news! Just an FYI ( I did not receive the notice yet)
