I have given immigration all the info needed for my fiancee'.I was rejected because i did not see my fiancee within the 2 years, but i am my moms caretaker and i cant leave her alone .What is considered proof for exceptence of my fiancee' petiton . that im taking care of my mother ?, this is what they are asking for.then they may accept.
Hello:
If you have not met your fiancee and you have a valid reason, a Waiver of the personal meeting requirement must be done. Otherwise, it will simply be denied. Since you do not have any medical condition yourself or any religious reason yourself, it will not be easy to get approved. Please see below for more information.
It will if I know the country of citizenship of your fiance. What are the chances of your fiance visiting you in the US?. If you have not met in the last two years, it also become difficult to show commitment to the relationship.

To be honest, I am not sure that they will accept that you are taking care of your mother and can't leave her as a reason not to meet your fiance - even though true, and even if you can document it very well.
As I understand it, the only reason they will accept for not having met your fiance within the two-year timeframe is a cultural or religious prohibition on doing so - and even here it has to be very well documented.
Speak with an attorney concerning whether this burden can be met in your case.
