First, who is on the sex offenders list? If it is your boyfriend, you have some problems. First, he is not allowed to be with minor children unsupervised. Secondly, this would be something that DSS might try to take your kids over. You are forbidden from secretly recording anyone in a room without at least one party's consent. If you post notice on your house that there are cameras, that would probably cover it. The deer cam is probably ok so long as it is only recording something in the public view.
