What are the consequences for failing an urinalysis in active army?

I am not licensed to practice in the military arena however I am a veteran and the experiences I saw would indicate that you would receive an article 15, loss of rank, and potentially removal from service. All these things depend on the needs of the Army. When you put yourself in this situation you put your future into the hands of others.
