Hi, My H1 got activated on Oct 1st 2014 and I applied for SSN and got a letter that I applied but I was told that my H1 status wasn't updated in their database. They sent all my documents to DHS and verified my status and issued me SSN in Nov. My employer haven't generated any payroll for the month o Oct and I recently got my two week paystub(Nov 10th - Nov 23rd) I got an new opportunity in company B (full time). Can I transfer my H1 smoothly?? will uscis request the payslip for the month of Oct? will they understand that I wasn't paid due to delay in ssn

Don't leave your current job until AFTER the transfer has been APPROVED ... don't start the new job with a 'mere' receipt. Only talk to the company's lawyers, NOT the NON-ATTORNEYS in HR.

They ask to see proof of recent employment (check stub) dated within 10 days of filing. That is all that is required. They could ask for more and you just explain. The later pay checks would include the pay of the earlier work so it's all there. They understand it takes time for the social to be issued.

Yes, you can go ahead and "transfer" to a new H-1B employer. I am sure your new H-1B employer's immigration lawyer will be capable to explain that situation should any RFE be triggered as a result of providing only two weeks worth pay stubs..
