shall I hire a lawyer for that? or that s it, it's ended? the reason was my husband who stole my documents and i show them my police report that proofs that. Please tell me what are my options

At this point, hiring a lawyer is like howling in the desert - loud but useless. You should have considered this option before applying for the benefit. At this point, the train has left that station and even the billowing of the steam is no longer seen on the horizon.

You most likely have waited too long to talk to a lawyer. Your husband stealing your documents doesn't quite 'fit' with the US Consul deciding that you abandoned your US residence. You probably have to start all over again. You can still talk to a lawyer to see if VAWA is an option ... albeit slim.
