I need a bankruptcy lawyer.
We are in chapter 12 bankruptcy. The bank has filed for foreclosure. We did not know and missed the hearing to oppose the motion. We are now in foreclosure.

If you are actually in a chapter 12 bankruptcy then I certainly hope you have a lawyer assisting you. You should contact your lawyer immediately. If you do not have a lawyer then you need to speak with a lawyer experienced in chapter 12 work specifically. This posting appeared under the Chapter 7 heading.
