Is selling video footage in the U.S. from a drone legal if it was filmed outside the United States?
Current regulation bans commercial use of drones in the U.S. But if video was filmed in another country then sold in the U.S. would that be legal?

Not likely. Drone operators have been left in limbo until the FAA publishes their 2015 regulatory rules.
