My son is five years old and his dad use to be physical abusive five years ago but till this day he verbal abusive me through emails. He threatened my job that I'm going to get with the city because he knows the people there and according to him all he has to do is make one phone call n I won't have the job. In emails he's verbal abusive cursing out my family and at the time unborn child this not his. If his son does something horrible in school he blames me and says he going to take my five away and prove I'm unfit. He's been doing this for five yrs till now. We had an order protection five yrs ago frm him being abusive but I do not kno what happened. So, is it possible to get an order protection from him harrsing me about an current job and verbal abuse?

You can try to get an Order of Protection in Family Court.

Yes, by all means you must obtain an order of protection against him as soon as possible. Make sure you present to the court his abusive emails as well as his threats about your job.

There's also probably a way that you can block his e-mail address from sending you any e-mails.
