My husband and I have been separated for over a year. In that time we have both met someone and moved on. I am pregnant with my boyfriends child. My boyfriend is not denying paternity and my husband is not claiming paternity. Can I Get An affidavit of denial of paternity before birth?

Not in Ohio. There is a presumption that a child conceived during a marriage is the husband's child. The only real method I know of is to do DNA testing after the child is born.

Why not hire an attorney to draft the "Affidavit of Denial of Paternity" There is not likely a "one size fits all" route for your evidence.
