I am an adjunct faculty and have H1b from the school that I teach. Can my same school sponsor me for my green card?
I have been on H1b one year. I have a doctorate degree.

Yes, any employer can sponsor you for a green card, including your current employer.

Yes, absolutely. Any USA "employer" past, present or future can sponsor you for an employment-based green card. And that employer will succeed too, provided can demonstrate its "ability to pay" the salary mandated by the US Dept. of Labor for the job position offered.
