Will Jefferson county grant early probation termination after 15 months of 2 year sentence?

I was convicted to my first dui in Jefferson county in September 2013. I was sentenced to 2 years of probation because my case involved leaving the scene of an accident, which was dropped. I have now completed 15 months and all other terms of probation. My po believes I should be released from probation. What are the chances of the judge accepting my request in Jefferson county?

Your chances are very good. You have tow choices - 1) enlist the aid of a lawyer to draft and possible argue your motion before the judge - or 2) file the motion yourself (copy to the DA's office) outlining your reasons for early termination and - of course - referencing the support of your PO.. Try to get your PO to send a separate notice to the Judge in support of your motion... good luck!
