Do I have any chances of not losing my license? I am willing to do screening and any required classes.

In New Hampshire, there are two distinct, parallel, tracks you'll be on. One involves the Courts and the other involves the Department of Motor Vehicles. Ordinarily, you've already received an administrative suspension of six months just for testing over the legal limit. I'd carefully look at all the paperwork you received. This suspension isn't something that's court ordered, its done by the DMV. You have 30 days to request a hearing at the DMV otherwise you can't challenge that suspension regardless if you successfully fight the court case.

You very well could your license for a period of time. DUI is nearly a specialized section of law in and of itself. Contact an experienced DUI attorney in your area. Many offer free consultations and can better assess your issues. Use the "find a lawyer" tab above. Those charged with a DUI need a lawyer.

You will most likely lose your license for a significant period of time as outlined above - you need to retain an experienced DWI attorney to represent you in your case.

The answer to your question depends on the viability of your defenses which can be assessed only after a thorough interview with you and review of discovery (police reports, etc.). You should retain an experienced DWI attorney ASAP to get the process started. As mentioned in other posts, in a test-over situation, you have 30 days from the date of incident to request an Administrative Hearing or your right to do so is forever waived.

In addition it is important to note that license issues are extremely time sensitive so you do not want to miss out on any legal challenges by waiting. Contact an experienced DUI attorney in your area without delay. Good luck.
