My interlock locked for five minutes today , will I get in trouble?

Leaving the grocery store today I couldn't get the breathalyzer to pass, it kept saying blow harder and when I did it would say blow softer. Then after about ten tries it locked me out fit five minutes, can I get in trouble?

I would think that this issue is best answered by the interlock provider. You should contact them immediately to find out whether you will be reported to the MVD. If that is unsatisfactory you may have your attorney look into this matter for you.

Contact the interlock provider immediately. The longer you sit on what happened the less likely to be believed you will be. Good luck.

Call the interlock provider and tell them your story. I hope they can believe your story. My clients had similar problem and their results depend on the provider.
