In April of 2014 I went back to the doctor again for flu like symptoms got another injection unknown then in May 2014 I got a third injection Kenai of 120mg at the last injection is when I found out the name of the inject and also the indentations I have now three indentations and nerve damage caused by this injection? I was never made aware that this injection would cause such damage. Do I have a case? Any attorneys in my area willing ?

Attorneys can solicit, but you can find a local Harrison lawyer that can investigate. has a great lawyer finder tool to locate an attorney close to your home. Good luck.

Lawyers on this site are not allowed to recommend themselves or other lawyers to users of the site. You can use the " find a lawyer" tool at the top of this site. I do not see a viable medical malpractice case.

You may have a case but the more pressing question is the statute of limitations (i.e. time limit to sue). It is possible that each particular injection be considered a separate incident in and of itself. If so, then the time limit to sue is 2 years from the date of the injection. That means Jan 2105 for the first one. In order to determine if you have a case, an expert of similar credentials as the doctor who administered the injections needs to look at the records (and possibly examine you).
