Any issues moving to OH after a DUI conviction in KY?

I received a DUI in 2013 in KY, and will be moving to OH in 2015. My license has been reinstated and I am not on probation. Will I have any legal issues moving to OH or getting a driver's license there? I know OH is an sr22 state.

As long as you are in compliance with whatever you need to do in KY and have and maintain SR22, you should ok as far as Ohio is concerned. If you do run into trouble, get a lawyer to help sort it out.

If you have a valid KY drivers license, the state of OHIO will issue you one there upon application and surrender of your KY license.

I agree with the lawyers above. If you have completed your classes, and your license has since been reinstated, there should not be any problems. Contact a lawyer if anything.
