I am on stem with is extension for 17 months and it will expire on June 2015. Can I apply for extension according to thenew bill

New bill? What new bill are you talking about?
I can tell you that a bill isn't a law and therefore .. until a bill becomes an Act of Congress and THEN is signed by the President ... it isn't a law.
