on Part 5 pf 824 form. I don't understand why he made mistaken. In this case, in 30 days do I apply Motion to reopen? Do I have to apply new 824 form again? If I apply 824 form, could my 824 be approved?

It sounds like you should file a new I-824 form.

In this situation where the denial was justified, better not bother with filing any "motion" and/or appeal, bit simply pay the fee again and file a new Form I-824.

I agree with my colleagues on their recommendations to file a new I-864. Is your attorney aware of what happened? I would discuss it w/him or her at length.
