it has been three years I did not go back china because I was worried if my mom's visa denial for 212(fraud ) will have impact on me. I am an legal F-1 visa student in the US. I have two years to go to graduate. I really miss my parents and want to go back visit them. Will I be denied for F-1 visa if I go back now?
This is the sort of question that should not be answered on a general internet blog. We do not know any of the background to your situation, and general comments are not helpful.

Without knowing more, and all other things being equal, you should not be denied the F-1 visa if are maintaining valid academic student status (and can prove it), unless the consulate will have either an objective or subjective reason to suspect fraud on your part as well. .
To be honest ... I think that going to China right now could be a problem for you ... even if you have an unexpired visa stamp.
Although your mother's fraud shouldn't be a problem if your visa is unexpired ... it could be a big problem if you need to apply for a non-immigrant visa at the us Consul.
