I am currently holding a f1 visa, graduated from college and want a real estate agent license, does that count as a job offer?

Since theses companies hired independent contractors, agents for instance. I wouldnt think the government considered it a job offer, but I cant see a way of me getting into the real estate business without a license. Please advice me what to do.

Maybe you qualify for OPT. I do not think you need a job to take the real estate exam.

Yes, being a self-employed independent contractor meets the requirements of the OPT. BUT ... it will NOT lead to a greencard.
