I was driving to my nieces on Christmas eve to hand her some wrapping paper, well on my way there I get pulled over, no accident involved, got pulled over for not using turn signals and no seat belt, the cop gave me a ticket, he said he could of took me to jail cause I have 12 pt suspension, instead he let me go and someone got the truck and we went home, I just found out the truck im driving has no insurance, so more than likely I will be getting another suspension for another 2 years, is there any way around not getting my license suspended for another 2 years??? IS THERE ANY LAWYERS THAT CAN STOP ME FROM GETTING ANOTHER 2 YEAR SUSPENSION FOR NOT HAVING SR22 BOND???
Depending on which court in the Dayton area you are charged with and the exact types of suspension you are under there may be a way to protect your license. I have handled these in all of the area courts. Another issue you should be aware of is that Driving Under a 12 point Suspension carries a minimum of 3 days in jail and a maximum of 180 days in jail. I would strongly suggest you retain a good attorney who can try and assist you in staying out of jail and saving your license. Good luck.
I definitely suggest you hire a local attorney to handle this matter for you. I understand the BMV will allow folks to take a driving course for people in your situation to get two points removed. Local counsel may be able to get the moving violation amended to a non-moving violation but it will depend upon the jurisdiction. Obviously, your driving record doesn't make the prosecutor feel warm and cozy about the idea of an amendment. Local counsel will probably be able to advise you of the chances. On the issue of insurance. Do you have insurance for yourself on another vehicle? Sometimes the prosecutor will accept insurance on the driver. It not, it's the BMV that will issue the suspension and you will likely be suspended but can ask the Court for driving privileges.

If you cross that bridge, a local traffic court lawyer can be retained. has a great lawyer finder tool to locate an attorney close to your home. Good luck.
