You need to get an attorney to help you petition the probate court as an interested party. This will then start the process to get the sister and all beneficiaries their respective portions of the estate, before one of them commits "waste" of the estate. The delay in seeking the help of an attorney has probably already cost the estate more than the attorney would have likely charged. But my advise is to get on it asap!
