Stripe is a credit company that advertises on big commerce says takes 5mins to sign up and start accepting credit cards. It's intergrated to the website to make life easier. As always, when my website gets orders I ship the items out. 2months later I got a total of 6 grands of disputes from Stripe. I lost items and found Stripe stopped depositing money into my bank a month earlier and claims I owe them close to 2grand. What about my lost products? Never had this problem with Paypal. I gave them my name address and number and they won't give me theirs. Tells me to contact them only through e-mail.

If you want to sue someone, you need a civil litigation attorney. There are many procedural steps in suing someone and if it is not done correctly, you could lose your opportunity to sue. I will change the area of practice to civil litigation because criminal defense is not the appropriate field. But you need to speak personally with an attorney and retain them to sue.
