Is there any legal action I can take against my neighbor filing false noise complaints?

I have lived in my condo for 3 years and my neighbor has been complaining just as long. She started complaining about noise when no one was home (and still does). Then she started complaining about my dog barking, so I taped him for 3 months and he wasn't barking. Then she would complain if I had anyone over. I've only invited people over 4 times since I've lived here. She'll come knocking on the door screaming and I just apologize because she scares me so much. She also bangs on her ceiling daily when I'm not even moving/listening to music/etc. Then the other day she called the police because I had my family over. The police told her she was out of line and they didn't hear anything. I'm sick of feeling like a prisoner in my home and was wondering if this could be considered harrassment?

Seek some legal advice with all the facts. You May have a claim But it will be an expensive proposition. You May want to consider forcing the condo association to take action. Has she violated any of their rules and regs ?

Yes. This is a classic nusiance action. However, they are very complicated, very expensive and often result in "hatfield v, mccoy" litigation. You should consider retaining a local lawyer to help you address this and should have done so long ago.
