You have been charged with Burglary to an Unoccupied Dwelling which is a second degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison. This offense alone will cause you to score 58 points on the criminal punishment code scoresheet where over 44 points scores prison. It appears you also have been charged with Grand Theft. When you miss court a judge will issue a bench warrant for your arrest. An attorney can file a motion to recall the warrant if you have a good excuse for missing court. As far as how much time in jail you will serve, that depends on many factors? First can the state prove the allegations? If not, then you wont be spending any time in jail. What is your prior history like? Are the "victims" willing to waive prosecution. There are many variables to consider. You should sit down with an attorney and discuss which are the best options for you and your individual case. Good luck!

Get yourself a bail bondsman before you turn yourself in. And the sooner you talk to a lawyer the better. Do not talk to ANYBODY unless it is your lawyer. Do not try to explain things to the police.

Burglary and grand theft. The maximum will probably be a number of years in prison.

Talk to and hire an attorney. Often judges will issue the warrant and state that no bond is allowed because of the missed court date. You should hire an attorney to explain why you missed court and get your bond reinstated. It is easier to defend against charges while out of jail than in jail.
