L1,l2 renewal & EAD apply same time? What is the validity for EAD, can it be extended based renewed I94?

I have l1a individual visa and I94 till Apr_15 and my spouse has l2 with same validity.
My employer filing renewal l1 extension this time ,it's blanket at canada.
My spouse works and present on leave but her employer ready to provide a role but can't apply EAD , asking us to file EAD.
To avoid 90 day waiting for EAD, can we file EAD now? With current I 94 , and submit again New I 94, please let me know the risk involved in this approach
What do you mean 'blanket at Canada'?
Sorry, you can't avoid the 90 day processing time for the EAD.
Hire a lawyer and you may be able to cut it down to 75 days ... AFTER the L-2 is approved.
