HI..I am Oreo.. I got a recommended approval for my asylum case ,i have two questions. 1. My wife came to USA a week ago with a visa (the visa is gonna expire after ten days) can i add my wife to my case even though i got a recommended approval if yes how to make it ,if no is there any ways my wife can stay in USA legally. 2.If my case will be approved and i will get a granted asylum and in that time my was is illegal in USA can we add here and she will be ASYLEE as i without any problem I REALLY APPRECIATE ANY HELP FROM YOU.

My experience has been that you can add a spouse anytime before or during the asylum interview. Once your asylum is granted you can file Form I-730 for your wife and any children under 21 listed on your I-589 application as not applying with you.
