I need to know what I am able to legally enforce my employer to do to accommodate my medical needs per a doctor's note.

My doctor's note says zero exposure to cold per Raynaud's Phenomena. The intent was no unnecessary contact to cold. (No walk-in cooler, no walk-in, no working at the drive thru window in winter etc.) When hired in as a manager, and I gave them the availability of 11 am-11 pm for the winter. (I should not open as it requires the manager to be in the walk-in/freezer, I should not close as it requires the manager to be in the walk-in/freezer, but I can work in between and not during the coldest time of night or when the store temperature drops, such as receiving truck, (they leave the back door open). During the day other managers or the employees can retrieve necessary items from the cooler for me. They act like I can't fullfill job tasks or be promoted if they comply. ?!? Scheduled me to close

If the restrictions are not clear ask your doctor to provide more specific guidelines, discuss the restrictions and reasonable accommodation with your manager/HR or other appropriate person, if you do not think the employer is providing appropriate reasonable accommodation then you need to consult an employment discrimination attorney. You need to reach this step sooner rather than later as there are very short time limits for filing ADA discrimination complaints and specific requirements for where you must initially file your complaint.
