First time DUI in Dupage County. Received BAIID and 1 yr suspension for refusing to blow. Early reinstatement hearing possible?

Only 1 speeding ticket on record 3 years ago. Completed all court requirements. Is it possible to have hearing with SOS for removal of BAIID before the 1 year summary suspension is up in Illinois? What are chances of winning hearing?

The only way to end a suspension early is to get it rescinded in court - apparently your lawyer did not do that.

In a word, no. The court stuff has nothing to do with the SSS so your compliance will help you complete supervision but the year is a hard number. You can surrender the de ice and stop driving. Or keep doing what you're doing. If you find someone who tells you different and wants you to retain them, run.

I am not licensed to practice in Illinois, but in my experience with administrative suspensions of drivers licenses, the suspension period cannot be terminated early. It is set in stone. There are no exceptions except if you were to have the BAIID removed, but you would also have to promise not to drive and you would still not have your driving privileges.
