On Dec 29th 2014 I received an email informing me that my N400 application was in line for the testing and interview. I haven't received the letter yet. My question is when will the interview be?

It will be between two weeks and one month from "the in-line for an interview" to the actual scheduling. Once they schedule you, the interview will be approximately 30 days from the scheduling date.
Soon. To give you an idea - Florida probably has similar numbers to California - we have an oath ceremony in our local area once a month. Over a thousand people. That means that every working day in the month they must have interviewed at least 50 people. Your office is very busy but they do push it all through very quickly. If you know your civics answers you may be lucky enough to take the oath and get a shiny blue passport in February. Good luck. Do you know how many representatives there are in the House?
Probably you will get your letter in two weeks and the following interview the next 30 days for a total of 45 days.
Good luck, if you do not have an Immigration Attorneying accompanying you, please reconsider.
The money spent will be well worth it in time loss and aggravation. Miami is a tuff District.
