I need to know if it is possible to sue att uverse.

In October of 2014 we moved and instead of scheduling a move for my equipment, someone at att uverse accidentally cancelled my account. I was set up for auto pay and the account was in good standing. They screwed around forever and finally after 3 weeks of arguing with them daily they decided the only way to fix their mistake was to set me up a new account but then they couldn't get that to work because of the way the old one was cancelled. I tried to get in touch to send back the equipment but they kept telling me I didn't have Ana account. Today they decided to take $635.00 out of my bank account to pay for the equipment. That left my account overdrawn by over $100.00. My elderly mom lives with us and is sic and husband has brain tumors. I have no money and they won't work with me.

Many people have successfully filed suits such as this. If you only lost $635.00 -- or any amount under $3,000.00 -- you could file a lawsuit yourself in small claims court in the municipal court nearest to you. It is always best to have a lawyer represent you, but in a small claims court it is usually not cost effective, so handling the case without a lawyer might be the best thing to do economically speaking.
