How can i get my personal property back after the landlord won the judgment and locked me out?

My landlord was trying to evict me & i appealed it. But I missed court because I wasn't properly notified or even informed a court date had been set. This happened last friday. When I arrived "home" friday evening there was a sign posted on the door stating I can not enter the premise & if i do it will be considered trespassing...? Everything i own is inside the apt. How can i get my things back?

Property left after an eviction is handled under Utah Code 78B-6-816. I've included a link to the statute below. In sum, you must pay for the inventory, moving, and storage of the property before you can get it back.
