This guy is 65 and is an illegal Pot grower in Topeka KS, his weed was stole so he wrote letters to all my family saying I stole from him FALSE, I stalked him, FALSE, & I peeping tommed his wife FALSE,
Can I sue this piece of crap? This was 3 years ago and I'm tired of letting this go.
The statute of limitations for slander/libel in your state is one year. Looks like your time has passed. Question for you... if you still had time, do you think you'd collect any money from that piece of c__p as you so colorfully describe him?
When did he make those statements? Recently? Or 3 years ago? Also, not many lawyers would take a case like this on contingency, this would be very expensive.
