With theft charges what are they mostly classified? And when is prosecuted, and did a walk through what kind of attorney get?
We know of someone who we are helping,
Has been charged with Theft and they didn't know of it, and basically answered the questions of a Criminal Private Investigator
And had enough to where they have a warrant.
But the investigator is NOT letting police come get them because they are going to go do a "walk-through" procedure.
So my concern is what kind of attorney should be hired?
It is classified under: Theft on a "probable cause" and it's 5,000 bail bond.
They have enough evidence of the perso accusing them is harassing them, and that they didn't do it, and the person gave them the things they claiming, they had stole when they didn't in the first place.
They have voicemails of them saying they did give them things. So most likely it will be dismissed, or how would that go about?
