we recently got a new manager that makes sure we all do our job, the other day she yelled at me in front of a customer not the first time she has been disrespectful to me...everyone in that line heard she yelled then stomped away into the office i went to the higher up manager to tell her what had happened she said that what i did was fine, that i should have not been yelled at. that's as close as i got to a sorry. they have favorites I'm just wondering since nothing is changing the way they are treating us..is there something i can do?

You may quit. Nothing in the facts as stated appear to provide a cause of action against either the manager or the employer. Hostile workplace actions generally require more than the actions of a disrespectful and poor manager. Embarrassment is not an actionable offense.
