Is "leave of court" pursuant APP.R.16(c), the proper remedy for a defendant/appellant who is represented by appointed counsel?..
In a direct appeal as of right, whose attorney files the first merit brief for appellant, the refuses to file a reply brief. Is this rule the correct remedy for an appellant to pursue a pro se litigation on a reply brief without jeopardizing risk of hybrid representation being a bar to appellants appeal being terminated?
