Now you have a contested divorce instesd of an amicable divorce. File your petition and have her served. Get counsel because it is likely she will.

You can if you already filed and had her served, file a return of service, and then a motion to enter the non-jury trial docket, at this point if you're the only one there, tell the judge they're in default and ask for a dissolution by default. You'll need to have a decree ready for the judge to sign then or shortly thereafter, call a lawyer in your area

You will have to file a petition where you live and have her served with a copy of the papers. I agree that it now sounds like you have a contested divorce and you will most likely need to hire an attorney now because for whatever reason your spouse is no longer willing to work with you.

This has become a contested divorce instead of an uncontested one it seems. You should hire an attorney to represent you through this. If you choose to do this on your own, however, you should file the Petition in the County you live in and then have her served with it. If you have already served her with the Petition and it has been more than 20 days since she Received it, you can file a Motion to Enter on a Non-Jury Docket Or file a Motion for Default Judgment, set it for hearing and have her served with that. Have a Order ready for the judge to sign at the hearing
