I went to court today on a harassment cases that my kids father new pregnant girlfriend put against me. The judge dismiss the case cause he said me and her are acting like little kids. Before the judge dismiss the case she was lying 2 the judge. Also during the no contact order she put on me before we went 2 court she contact me many times through my kids father from his phone. She lied and said I call and message her which I don't. I only call and message my kids father. Her only evidence was text messages from my kids father every time me and him text or talk 2 each other. She told the court I called DCFS on her which is not true. I don't know what 2 do. I need advice on what I need 2 do cause she made False accusations on me to gain a restraining order so I won't contact my kids dad
Go discuss your situation in person with a lawyer. I agree with your judge. It sounds like the two if you are acting like little kids. From the little information you a furnished here it does not appear you have a viable lawsuit for libel or or anything remotely similar.

If she doesn't have money, you can, if you have a case, get a piece of paper saying she owes you and you'll never collect--which should make her smiiiiiile. Oh, and you'll have to pay $10,000 or so in legal fees to get there.
