My kid is in ICU since September. She is currently 5 months old and is on hemo dialysis and requires kidney transplant after 2.5 yrs as she has to gain enough weight to under go the transplant. I am in US on H1B which is getting expired by September. Please let me know the legal ways (preferably on work visa ) i can stay here and support my kid’s medical expenses.

You may want to look into a program called humanitarian parole. It is designed for situations of this kind.

I concur about humanitarian parole but please be prepared that it is not an easy applicaiton to get approved.
