Hi my husband I stay in US with his work Visa, E-1. We have two children who have citizenship in US and they are 4 and 2 yrs old. Can they support green card though parents are in US living with them or sill have to be over 21 yrs old to support parents' green cards ? USCIS website only mentions about the case parents are outside US.

Your U.S. citizen children must be 21 years or older in order to file a FORM I-130 on your behalf.

Once a child reaches age 21, the child can file an immigrant petition for its parent (a separate petition for each parent). This is the same if the parent resides outside the U.S. or in the U.S. (in E-1 status or other status).
