the Internet witch got my lock up and sent to Florida from new Jersey, I got off on sex offender probation with a ankle monitor and can't be 1000 feet near school and stuff like that, I got my probation transfer to new Jersey were I'm from and I been back for 3months now, Florida sent papers in to there judge saying new Jersey don't do the ankle monitor and 1000 feet thing after I have already got my job back and was planning a hotdog cart business and married this month, I have nothing in Florida, I'll be homeless, why would they do this when I'm already settled in, what can I do to help this, I was told by the in Florida and the detective that what is appointed to me in Florida may not happy to me in nj, so

In an Megan's situation both States need to agree. I suggest working with your Fla. attorney to get Fla. to allow the NJ conditions. Then a NJ attorney can work with their county to try to arrange it.
