Yes, you can ask for INA 212d3 waiver for humanitarian reasons. Those are liberally granted.

Returning to the U.S. after being removed for committing a serious crime will be challenging. You can try requesting a waiver or a humanitarian parole but either will be decided on a discretionary basis.

You could apply for a non-immigrant visitor visa, but because of your deportation, you likely will have a difficult time being approved. You could submit a waiver for the non-immigrant visa. It would be best to work with an attorney if you plan to attempt this.
