What are my odds of getting a year or longer in jail after receiving three direct indictments?

I received three direct indictments; possession with intent schedule III, PWID schedule IV, conspiracy PWID IV. I have two prior drug convictions of possession of marijuana class I misdeamnor. I received my indictments on January 7th 2015, and received my last conviction of possession of marijuana on September 29th, 2014 which i spent 17 days in jail for. My indictments were from offenses that happened on July 27th, 2014, and august 5th, 2014. What are my odds of being convicted of all three indictments and going to jail for a year or longer?
Nobody can give you the odds of being convicted based solely on the fact you were indicted.
You could be indicted of murdering my mother, but without knowing certain facts (say, for example, my mother is alive and nobody murdered her) any odds the internet gives you would be useless and the person giving them to you would be an idiot.
That leads to this - don't post the facts of your case next, and ask for the odds. This is an open, public forum. The police can see it. If you confess to a crime on here, they could do some computer wizardry and trace your IP and you've just convicted yourself, setting the odds of at 100%.
If convicted of PWIDs of Schedule III and IV drugs, a full year to serve would be high in my jurisdiction, but a local attorney may know the sentencing trends of the judges and prosecutors you'll be dealing with.
The real message is this - you're in the wrong place. You can't get the answers you want here. You need to use the Find a Lawyer tool or the phone book and call some local criminal defense lawyers for a confidential consultation about your case - many lawyers offer free initial consultations.
The internet is not confidential, and nobody can give you even a good guess as to what you're asking without confidential information. So, the internet is not where you should be.
That is a lot of question, and it all depends on things like whether you did it and whether they can prove it and what your record is like.
You should contact an attorney, and you should absolutely not talk about the facts of your case online.
You want odds? We cannot and do not give odds based solely upon the fact that someone has merely been charged with crime. We investigate all the facts and try to determine our chances for success.
