Deposition and form interrogatories
If a deposition date was set 60 days away can I submit form interrogatories due in 30 days.

Another duplicate post from Malibu. Again, the answer remains the same: CCP 2019.020(b) provides that "the methods of discovery may be used in any sequence, and the fact that a party is conducting discovery, whether by deposition or another method, shall not operate to delay the discovery of any other party."
