What does "case transferred to jurisdiction of judicial officer" mean?

My daughter was supposed to have a final hearing on her divorce 12/16/14. The other side told the judge they had reached a decision. The final decree has been signed by all parties except her attorney so the final settlement hasn't been filed yet with the court. On 1/5/15 this notation appears on the chronological case summary. What does it mean?
