this is what my paper work says 2.2.8 Indebtedness: it is further ordered adjudged and decreed that the defendant, shall pay and save the plaintiff harmless on the following debts of the parties: the cell phone for XXX and one for XXX when xxx gets one on defendant's plan, the pnc credit card, fifty percent of any tax debt incurred due to the tax audit by rita fifty percent of any uncovered medical bills up to the signing of the shared parenting plan, --- with in the shared parenting plan their is nothing saying I have to provide her a ell phone or to pay for any kind of bill for a phone with in the paragraph above I think I understand I had to do that until the shared parenting plan went into affect but i'm not sure, also do I pay 100% of the pnc credit card or only half

The context on this question is not very good. Did you have a lawyer who did your divorce? If so, ask your lawyer, as that's the only person who will know the where that section fits in within the context of your agreement. I don't know if that language is from a temporary order or the separation agreement. Basically, if it's from the temporary order then that order was only for the period of time that the divorce was filed until the divorce is resolved, but sometimes these temporary order get incorporated into the final agreement and would still be in effect after divorce. If this language is from the separation agreement, then you would be responsible for anything that the separation agreement says you are. Either way, the shared parenting plan would not say anything about division of debts, the shared parenting plan is just for figuring out a parenting plan with the children.
