A personal representative serves in a fiduciary role and her/his actions are governed by statute and an abundance of case law. I urge you to secure an attorney to assist you at this juncture since you state the PR is not forthcoming and problematic. Tricia Dwyer Esq.

You should hire an attorney to review any material you do have access to on the trust fund, as well as to request the material to which you do not have access from the personal representative. The personal representative has certain duties under Minnesota law. Also, some information may be gleaned from reviewing the probate record. Your attorney can contact the personal representative with questions since the PR is not responding to you.
