Can biological dad get his rights reinstated.

His rights were terminated and I legally adopted my son and after two years his bio dad pops back up and wants to try and see him.do me and my wife have anything legally to worry about. He was unfit and not a safe person to be around for my child so needless to say we want to keep him away.

The biological father once terminated cannot get his rights back and can never have any legal relationship with that child again per the Texas Family Code. You can call the police and have him barred at the risk to him of criminal trespass.

He can never gets his parental rights back once terminated (assuming the appeal period is over). He is a legal stranger to the child.

No, he cannot. He is YOUR son you are his dad. If this man who has no legal relationship with your son shows up you tell him to leave if he doesn't then call the police. If your son wants to find him when he is older that is up to him. Right now you and his mother have a duty to protect him.

He has no more rights to your child than any stranger on the street. If he harasses you or your child call the police.

You have no obligation. Call law enforcement.
